Do you think the government's goals are attainable by 2015 and 2018?

According to the plan, by the end of 2015, 10 large-scale infant formula companies with more than $ 2 billion annual sales should be formed. The top 10 enterprises in formula will account for 65% of the market share. By the end of 2018, 3 to 5 of this company will reach annual sales of $ 5 billion. And the concentration rate of the market share will be 80%. It creates a feeling that China tends to create a monopoly in this industry.

However, the problem is that in China, the majority of Chinese cow are small farmers. There are no common standard of the feed and dairy breeds of cows. Cows` diary in different regions may vary a lot. Thus, the quality of milk may be different especially when a large formula enterprise sets up with milk sourcing base nationwide. What is more, the plan announced by theMinistry of Industry and Information Technology mainly focus on the manufacturing process, not the sourcing process. It cannot ease consumers` mistrust on domestic formula companies. The key factor of consumers` preference for foreign formula brands the milk source, which may not be totally copied by domestic companies even these companies absorb foreign investment and technology.

Whatsoever, it does not mean that goal cannot be achieved. There`s no doubt that 2 largest milk companies in China, Mengniu and Yili will make much efforts to follow the plan. The influence of these two companies makes it easy for them to attract good source and advanced technology if they will set up a company specialized in milk powder manufacturing.

Even though merger and acquisition could be finished in one year, the deadline may be a bit tense for the establishment of good-quality milk sourcing system of top 10 companies. Milk companies with good reputation will find business opportunities because apart from consumers who have preference of foreign formula, there are still large amount of population who cannot afford foreign formula. However, the awareness that formula from abroad is of higher hygienic standard and more nutritious cannot be changed in one year.

Lobster, as the promoitional product in the project, is one of the famous material in cooking. It is also knowns as the raw materials to provide the expensive dishes in the exquisite restaurant. This case study fouces on the lobster advertising in China, explaines the historcial advertising method in last decade and introduces the two major new promoting approached to the lobster industry.

Background


Lobster in not a white crow for most of chinese because it is one of the most famous dishes in entertaining guests in China. It can trace back to 2000s, it used to be a very high price which is cater to the chinese customer’s needs. Although lobster was in a really high price, it not only provide a strong imprseeion of meaning for its red colour play uo to Chinese’s thought of red preferring and the higher price help the guests having the feeling of respect and make them fell welcome. It almost be the most popluar dish in 2000s and instead of the crab’s leader position in entertaining. In 2010s, there are more popular food material in enertaning, a new upsurge of top food like oyster,salmon,tuna, trepang which both in a very expensive price and in a delicate plate. It will be a new major trend in the future high-end dining and leads to a new upward.

   In last decade, the historical advertising mentod emphhasiesd on the promontion by service personnel in the resturant as the succeed promotion of the lobster dishes will bring the extra money award. It use be the most effctiveness way because the promotion of the lobster between the customers and the service personnel which as the relationship between the buyers and sellers decide the final transaction price for the product and in the couse of the promotion, the buyers(customers) will have the chance the know about the detaied information of lobster, the different type of ways on lobster cooking

   However, it is not as effective as it in the past because the lobster is not as popurlar dish in the restaurant. Althoush it also a delicious dish, the large size of the related lobster dishes will make the customer give up it and chose another exquisite dish which also has a higher price and more cocern about the guests’ spending idea. It needed to be improved in a new mood.

3.2 TV show

   The advertisement of lobster in TV show is not a fashion way but attract more buyers’ eyes. Nowadays, the new typre of the food show have the large family audience. The ideal TV show can make a special seesion of lobster which inculde some novel ways of cooking with the vivid expression by introducter. To attract the family customer the equivalent of possession of the market, the same as having a stable consumer group. Only if one fanily menber have interest in lobster, there will have a significant domino effect and attract more possible sonsumers. The replay of the TV show also will play an imporant role like recovery. The audience of the TV show will have more chances to these declious lobster dishes.

   Although the expenses of the popular TV show is a littl bit expensive, it will bring the large potential consumers and large potential profits for the lobster industry. And it also increase the mass appeal amd easily reaches a very broad audience.

3.3 Internet

    Nowadays, Internet also have the huge infuluence force in the youngs,which is the biggest potential consumer group and have the power of consumption.. There are a lot of food APP for mobile phone internet which is the first choice for these youngs. They used searching some useful tips in these popular APPs, if there is a attractice advertisement on these internet APPs, these youong will attracted by these advertisements and choose lobster as the major meal. The stickied advertisement on the APPs’ home page will appeal some potential consumer which are lazy to search the detailed restaurant informatio will choose the stickied advertisement.

   The whole fees of the stickied advertisement of lobster is also a huge amount for the industry, the longer time for topping the advertisement will bring the large amount of fees. It will create the higher probability of incerase the influecnce of lobster in the public and build the new development prospect for lobster.

   In conclusion, the new advertising methods which fouces on TV shows and APPs internet will make a huge effect on the promotion of the lobster between the sellers and potential buyers. Both od these two ways for advertising will bring a large number of potential consumer and create the considerable profits. It will promote the development of the lobster industry and push it to the new top level in the food chain.

From now on, after Microsoft with its console Xbox One, it's the turn of Sony to confirm soon the availability of its last one Playstation 4 in China.

The Japanese giant of the electronics established in Shanghai two joint ventures which will allow it to introduce its consoles into the Middle Kingdom. It is «A very promising market” for Sony, in a country which counts approximately 500 million players. Dominated by the programs on the Internet and the applications of smartphones, the sector of the video game generated in China income about 7,2 billion euros in 2013, increasing by 38 % over one year.
